The Arthur's Franchise
After a recent court case over the ownership of the name of the business, Arthur's brother Theo joined the team to help out. In order to protect the name and maintain the quality and standard of the pizza, Theo suggested a franchise. Theo had helped Arthur when they had first moved to Australia. They had their first Café together in Coonamble NSW. Theo went back to school (Katoomba High) and then to University. He worked as a maths teacher for a couple years and then he went back to Uni to became an accountant. In the Arthur's franchise he is now in charge of training and is responsible for implementing all procedures. Sometimes he works in the shop with Arthur.
